Aaron Rodgers added another play to his never-ending highlight reel Sunday with an incredible pass to Geronimo Allison in overtime that helped secure the Green Bay Packers' win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Faced with a third-and-10 on their own 21-yard line, Rodgers tossed a perfect pass between two Bengals defenders to Allison, who took it all the way inside the Cincinnati 10-yard line. That set up the winning field goal by Mason Crosby.
The completion to Allison was only Rodgers' latest dramatic play in the contest. The quarterback also took the Packers 75 yards in the final 3:29 to tie the game with 21 seconds left on a 3-yard pass to Jordy Nelson.
The Bengals jumped out to a 21-7 lead thanks to Rodgers' second career pick-6 in the second quarter, and held a 24-17 lead before the Packers embarked on their game-tying drive in final three minutes of the contest.
While the Cincinnati offense looked much improved under new coordinator Bill Lazor, they couldn't close the deal and now drop to 0-3. The Packers are now 2-1 with a Thursday home game against the Chicago Bears next on the schedule.
