Week 2 record: 8-8
Overall: 27-20

Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans (+1.5)

The Titans come in riding high off a big win over the Seattle Seahawks, but the Texans' pass rush will keep Marcus Mariota off his game. Deshaun Watson gets his first home win as a starting quarterback. Texans 28, Titans 27

Cincinnati Bengals (-3) at Cleveland Browns

The Bengals finally looked like a competent football team against the Green Bay Packers before Aaron Rodgers broke their hearts with late-game heroics. Divisional road games can be tricky, but there's no way the Bengals start the season 0-4. Bengals 24, Browns 17

Buffalo Bills at Atlanta Falcons (-8)

Though the Bills scored a big home win over the Denver Broncos on Sunday, they face a tall task this weekend in Atlanta. The Falcons may be lucky to be 3-0, but the Bills don't have the offense to keep up with Matt Ryan and the high-powered attack. Falcons 28, Bills 17

Remaining matchups

New Orleans Saints (-3) vs. Miami Dolphins

The second London game in two weeks sees the Saints and Dolphins make the trip across the pond. Drew Brees will have an easy time with a defense that just gave up 249 yards through the air to Josh McCown. Saints 30, Dolphins 17

Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings (-2)

The Lions struggle to run the ball and rely on Matthew Stafford and the passing attack to lead the offense. Most weeks that's fine, but against the Vikings' secondary, that's a recipe for disaster. Vikings 24, Lions 20

Los Angeles Rams (+6.5) at Dallas Cowboys

The Rams' 29th-ranked rushing defense is slightly worrying heading into this contest, but with an extended preparation week, Wade Phillips should come up with a plan to slow Ezekiel Elliott. Cowboys 24, Rams 21

Carolina Panthers at New England Patriots (-9)

The Patriots may have struggled at home last week in a last-minute win over the Texans, but the Panthers' offense is struggling too much to keep up with Tom Brady. Patriots 30, Panthers 17

Jacksonville Jaguars (-3.5) at New York Jets

This game is one that nobody should bet, simply because there are too many factors involved. The Jets are terrible on offense but have a decent defense. The Jaguars are traveling back from England and have a quarterback prone to bad games. Jaguars 20, Jets 13

Pittsburgh Steelers (-3) at Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens got absolutely embarrassed by the Jaguars in London last week, while the Steelers lost a stunner on the road to the Bears. Neither team looks great coming in, but the Steelers' problems at least seem fixable. Steelers 27, Ravens 13

San Francisco 49ers (+7) at Arizona Cardinals

Though the 49ers don't exactly inspire awe, the Cardinals should not be favored by a touchdown over anybody right now. Cardinals 20, 49ers 17

Philadelphia Eagles at Los Angeles Chargers (-1.5)

The Chargers are 0-3 through four games and Philip Rivers is coming off a three-interception day. Look for the veteran pivot to rebound with a big game against the Eagles. Chargers 30, Eagles 20

New York Giants at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-3)

It seems shocking that the Giants could start the season 0-4, but the Buccaneers are a tough matchup at home. Buccaneers 27, Giants 21

Oakland Raiders at Denver Broncos (-2.5)

Though the Raiders are built around a dominant passing attack, the Broncos should be able to limit that and move the ball on their AFC West foe. Broncos 21, Raiders 17

Indianapolis Colts (+13) at Seattle Seahawks

Usually the best game of the week is reserved for Sunday Night Football. This week is an exception. Seahawks 24, Colts 13

Washington Redskins at Kansas City Chiefs (-7)

The Chiefs look like the best team in football through three weeks, and that won't change at home Monday night against the Redskins. Chiefs 27, Redskins 17
