Italian Man Sets Guinness World Record for Putting on the Most Pairs of Underwear in 30 Seconds

Amazing Italian man, Silvio Sabba, is back at it again and this time he set a Guinness World Record for pulling on the most pairs of underpants in 30 seconds. Sabba began the challenge, of course, wearing a single pair of underwear and then managed to hop into 13 more pairs before his time ran out.
