Kuechly ruled out vs. Bears with concussion

Carolina Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears with a concussion, the team announced.
Kuechly participated in individual drills during the week, but wasn't cleared to play after being placed in the concussion protocol following last Thursday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. It's the third concussion Kuechly has suffered in as many years.
The standout linebacker has recorded 46 tackles, a forced fumble, and an interception during six games this season.
David Mayo is expected to start in Kuechly's absence.
