One of the NFL's most successful projects of the 2016 season is back, and is a little more organized this time.

With the second year of "My Cause My Cleats" set to kick off in Week 13, over 100 players have already announced which charities they'll be supporting with their custom footwear.

Some of the league's top stars have announced their charities, many of which are their own foundations:

  • LeSean McCoy - Shades Of Greatness, Inc.
  • Cam Newton - Cam Newton Foundation
  • Joe Thomas - United Service Organizations
  • Trevor Siemian - Children's Colorado Foundation
  • Von Miller - Von's Vision Foundation
  • Leonard Fournette - Jaguars Foundation
  • Marcus Peters - Fam1st Family Foundation
  • Dont'a Hightower - American Diabetes Association
  • Cameron Jordan - United Way
  • Brandon Marshall - Project 375
  • Derek Carr - Valley Children's Healthcare
  • Carson Wentz - AO1 Foundation
  • Lavonte David - Big Brothers Big Sisters of America

Players have been allowed to wear custom cleats in warmups throughout the season, but Week 13 will be the first chance for them to wear the specialized footwear in games.
