Drew Brees joined a very exclusive club Sunday during the New Orleans Saints' game against the Chicago Bears.

The veteran pivot became just the third quarterback in NFL history to surpass 6,000 career completions, joining Peyton Manning (6,125) and Brett Favre (6,300), according to ESPN's Stats & Info.

On that pass, @drewbrees became the third NFL quarterback ever to reach 6,000 career completions. Congrats Drew!#SaintsGameday | #CHIvsNO pic.twitter.com/Ddk00kCBQ5

Brees - who owns five 5,000-yard passing seasons - reached the mark faster than his two compatriots. He got there in his 240th career game compared to Manning's 259 and Favre's 286, according to NFL.com's Gil Brandt.
