Following owner Bob McNair's controversial comments in an article published earlier this week, the majority of the Houston Texans took a knee during the national anthem of Sunday's game at Seattle.

McNair was criticized after an ESPN story quoted him comparing players protesting during the anthem to "inmates running the prison."

After learning of the comment, DeAndre Hopkins was a no-show at practice Friday and a number of players considered walking out of the facility. The full roster made the trip to Seattle, and most players opted to take a knee during the anthem against the Seahawks.
