NFL teams that expect to have head coaching vacancies this offseason believe they have a chance to pry Jim Harbaugh away from Michigan, Jay Glazer of FOX Sports reported on "FOX NFL Sunday."

Glazer said Harbaugh remains "a very hot candidate" for jobs around the league, and many franchises hope the coach's standing at Michigan continues to deteriorate following his third loss in three tries against Ohio State - the latest setback in a disappointing season for the Wolverines.

Harbaugh spent four seasons in charge of the San Francisco 49ers and elevated them among the league's best teams. The 49ers won 36 games in his first three years and appeared in three straight NFC Championship Games.

Despite his previous success at the NFL level, teams reportedly believe it would take a lot to convince Harbaugh to leave his alma mater.
