'No evidence' Hamilton school board violated dad's religious freedom over sex ed.: judge

A father of two from Hamilton lost his appeal claiming the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board infringed on his freedom of religion by refusing to provide him notice when topics such as same-sex marriage surfaced in classrooms.
