The Philadelphia Eagles are headed to the playoffs for the first time since 2013 after clinching the NFC East and improving their record to 11-2 with a 43-35 win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

The feat might have come at an exorbitant cost, however, as the team reportedly fears it may have lost quarterback Carson Wentz to a torn ACL in his left knee. The signal-caller exited the game after finding receiver Alshon Jeffrey for a two-yard score late in the third quarter, and was soon ruled out for the remainder of the contest. Should Wentz be sidelined as suspected, the Eagles will likely proceed with Nick Foles under center.

The squad last saw a postseason in Chip Kelly's first year as an NFL head coach, going 10-6 behind a breakout campaign from Foles that saw him throw a gaudy 27 touchdowns to just two picks. They fell in the wild-card round that year to the New Orleans Saints by a score of 26-24.
