The table is set and ready to be run.

Aaron Rodgers announced via Instagram that he has been medically cleared from his broken collarbone and will play in the Green Bay Packers' matchup with the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

It's been a long road from that day to this, but I'm happy to say I've been medically cleared to return. Thanks for all the love, support, prayers, and well wishes over the past 8 weeks and a big thank you to Dr McKenzie and our incredible training staff. #riseagain #

Rodgers began practicing last week for the first time since breaking his collarbone on a hit by Minnesota Vikings linebacker Anthony Barr in a Week 6 loss. The 13-year pro threw for 1,367 yards with 13 touchdowns and three interceptions in his first five starts of the season before exiting early against Minnesota.

The Packers are currently seated ninth in the NFC playoff race at 7-6 thanks to an overtime win against the Cleveland Browns last Sunday, and now get Rodgers back to help make a postseason push.

Green Bay will host the Vikings and then finish the season on the road against the Detroit Lions, who also sit 7-6, following Sunday's game in Carolina.
