Each day this month, a different decorated window has been revealed throughout Westdale as part of the sixth annual Westdale Living Advent Calendar. The Swiss tradition was brought to Hamilton by local resident Lisa Mertz after she moved here from Switzerland, and has been carried on by organizer Mary Louise Pigott.
