A day after UCLA's Josh Rosen commented on his preferred outcome in the upcoming NFL draft, USC's Sam Darnold told reporters he doesn't care which pro club eventually drafts him.

"Whenever I come out for the NFL, I'd be honored to play for any team," the Trojans star said Wednesday, per Joey Kaufman of the Orange County Register.

The remark came in response to a question of whether Darnold would want to play for the Cleveland Browns, perhaps referring back to Rosen's statement the day prior when he said being drafted first overall - where the Browns are slated to pick - isn't his top priority.

"I'd rather be a lower pick at the right team than a higher (pick) at the wrong team," Rosen said.

Neither quarterback has officially declared for the NFL draft yet but both are expected to make decisions on their respective futures in the coming weeks.
