New Orleans Saints rookie running back Alvin Kamara is looking for some help paying off his fine.

Kamara tweeted a photo Thursday of a fine letter he received from the NFL, joking that he'll be starting a GoFundMe page to cover the cost.

The fine likely stems from the red holiday-themed cleats Kamara wore in the Saints' win over the Atlanta Falcons on Christmas Eve.

"I'm going to make a GoFundMe - yeah, I'm getting fined - and whatever the fine is, I'm going to pay the fine and the rest I'm going to donate to a charity. Simple as that," Kamara told reporters after the game, according to Josh Katzenstein of The Times-Picayune.

He added that he had no regrets about wearing the cleats.

"Yeah it was worth it," he said. "We were just talking about the NFL not being a Grinch. We need them to just leave us alone."

Uniform violations typically cost $6,076 for the first offense and $12,154 for subsequent infractions.
