Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden and his staff appear to be safe from the annual exodus of coaches on the Monday following Week 17.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that the Redskins have no plans for major changes to the coaching staff this offseason. Rapoport added that the Redskins believe the staff kept the team together and playing hard despite injuries throughout the campaign.
The Redskins sit at 7-8 and third in the NFC East.
A total of 18 Washington players have been placed on injured reserve since the start of the season, though kicker Dustin Hopkins was activated ahead of Week 15.
