Report: Bills' McCoy could play in wild-card round, won't be 100 percent
Buffalo Bills star running back LeSean McCoy has a chance to play in the team's first playoff game since the 1999 season Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, despite sustaining a sprained ankle in Week 17, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
However, even if he can suit up, McCoy won't be 100 percent healthy, added Rapoport.
The Bills' 29th-ranked offense revolves around their dynamic back, with McCoy rushing for 1,138 yards and six touchdowns, while adding another 448 yards through the air.
If McCoy is unable to go, the Bills have just Marcus Murphy and Mike Tolbert at running back. Neither are starting-caliber players, meaning the offensive burden would be shifted to quarterback Tyrod Taylor.
