Jacksonville Jaguars safety Barry Church has been punished for his helmet-to-helmet hit on New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski in the AFC Championship Game.

Church was fined $24,309 for the illegal blow, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

Gronkowski was concussed on the play, which occurred late in the second quarter. He did not return to the game and has yet to practice since. His status for Super Bowl LII remains in doubt.
