The Seattle Bike Swap really does have something for everyone. It's like a giant garage sale featuring booths focused on all different kinds of biking all together in an old hangar in Magnusson Park.

Rare bike geeks, racers and people just looking for an affordable ride can all find stuff at the Swap.

The 2018 Seattle Bike swap is 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in Hangar 30. It's $7 to get in ($5 for members). Kids under 15 are free.

More details from Cascade:

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. Nope, it's not an early jump on the season's first-of-many obligatory weddings. It's the Seattle Bike Swap!

Located at Magnuson Park's Hangar 30, the Seattle Bike Swap is a bargain hunter's paradise, and the biggest of its kind in the city. On Saturday, February 3 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. you'll find incredible deals on a diverse assortment of bikes, gear and unique specialty items. And there really is a little something for everyone.

Novice rider looking for a used bike to test out before investing in something a bit pricier? We've got you covered.

And while it may seem like the most awesome bikey garage sale ever, the Bike Swap is more than meets the eye. Throughout the year, many kind folks donate their used bikes to us to find new homes. We fix them up, show them lots of love, and get them ready for their big day at the Swap. All proceeds from these donated bikes directly benefit Cascade's Major Taylor Project, a youth development program that helps students affect positive change through the lens of the bicycle. If you're interested in buying one of these special bikes, look for the designated Major Taylor Project selling area. This year we have several premium items that you won't want to miss.

We even offer a consignment option that also benefits the Major Taylor Project. If you have a complete bike you'd like to sell, you can bring it to the Bike Swap between 8-8:30 a.m. and we'll include it in our consignment sale for a fee. Bikes are priced to sell, and all proceeds directly benefit the Major Taylor Project.

It's simple. A youngster's first set of wheels. A veteran century rider's retired frame. A borrowed hand-me-down. A vintage antique with just the right amount of rust to look chic. The Bike Swap is all about old and new, large and small, standard and unique-and all for a great deal. But the stories behind the Bike Swap's unique finds are often worth just as much as the item itself.

So what new life will you bring to your Bike Swap find? And where will it take you? Be sure to check out our website for more information and to purchase your ticket for just $7. (Cascade member tickets are just $5!) Bonus: an early entry ticket ($20) will get you an extra hour of prime deals. Intrigued?

See you at the Swap.
