The Hamilton Arts Council has named Stylo Starr, a Hamilton designer and visual artist, and Tanya Denyer, a quilter and artist, as the winners of its Cotton Factory Artist in Residence Program honour for April 1 to July 2018. It will help them build their practice, experiment, develop new ideas and learn new skills. In an open house in the final week, they will deliver an artist talk.
