For the first time in his career, Chad Henne won't call Florida home.
The Kansas City Chiefs have signed the quarterback to a two-year deal, the terms of which have not yet been disclosed, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports. He is expected to serve as a backup for last year's first-round draft pick Patrick Mahomes.
Henne spent all of his 10 previous NFL campaigns in the Sunshine State, first in Miami, then in Jacksonville, where he backed up Blake Bortles for four of his six seasons with the Jaguars.
