Stable kernels 4.9.89, 4.4.123, and 3.18.101

Yet another new crop of stable kernels has been released: 4.9.89, 4.4.123, and 3.18.101. Each contains a rather large set ofchanges all over the kernel tree; users of those series should upgrade.
