A New Jersey court judge ruled that memorabilia fraud claims levied against New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning will go to trial, ESPN's Darren Rovell reported Thursday.

A Bergen County judge ruled in June 2017 that Manning's trial would be delayed indefinitely. Initially, Manning's trial was scheduled for that month.

A lawsuit was filed against Manning, claiming that he, in conjunction with the Giants, fraudulently sold fake game-used memorabilia.

Manning vehemently refuted the allegations against him on several occasions.
