DA office has video of Foster's ex-girlfriend in fight with another woman
Santa Clara County District Attorney office has video proof that the ex-girlfriend of San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was in a fight with another woman, according to Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area. The video could explain an alternate reason for the injuries suffered by Foster's ex-girlfriend.
Foster's former girlfriend, Elissa Ennis, had recanted her original statement on Wednesday, which accused the linebacker of dragging her out of their house by her hair and punching her in the head multiple times in February. Ennis said she had wrongly accused Foster because "she was extremely upset and told him if he broke up with her she would 'trash his career.'"

The attorney for Ennis, Stephanie Rickard, says the prosecutor is in possession of the video, which shows the alleged victim sustaining injuries in a fight with another woman. Rickard says she will let the prosecutor decide whether the video will be released.
