Derrius Guice's long wait is over.
The Washington Redskins selected the former star LSU running back in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft, 59th overall.
Guice was projected to be a first-round pick, but reportedly fell due to concerns about his maturity and poor visits with teams.
A dominating bruiser in the mold of Marshawn Lynch, Guice will form a frightening combination with 2017 breakout receiving back Chris Thompson.
