Patience Persuasion: 2 Keys to Persuading People

What I've learned over the years is that you have to be a little pushy, and you have to be a little patient. You might call this art "patience persuasion," (oh, I do love me some paradoxes) though it's basically what all salespeople have used for all time. It would just be really cool if all the rest of us used it for things, too.
