Report: Cardinals finalizing trade with Browns for Jamar Taylor
The Arizona Cardinals are finalizing a trade with the Cleveland Browns for cornerback Jamar Taylor, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
In return, the Browns will receive a sixth-round draft pick in 2020, according to Kent Somers of azcentral.
Taylor will head to the desert after two seasons with the Browns, who reportedly shopped him throughout the draft. The 27-year-old started 15 games for Cleveland last year.
His addition addresses an area of concern for the Cardinals, who had no obvious starting cornerback to pair with Patrick Peterson.
Cleveland, meanwhile, has now traded both starting cornerbacks from last year's team, having shipped Jason McCourty to the New England Patriots earlier this offseason.
