Councillor raises safety concerns after violent offender 'walked away' from St. Joe's

Syna Lorn was reported missing June 4 after he walked out of St. Joseph's Hospital on a 30-minute pass. The public was notified 19 hours later and now Ward 8 Coun. Terry Whitehead is asking for answers.
