There will be a citizenship ceremony at Spencer Smith Park on July 1, hosted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada with the help of the City of Burlington. New Canadians will take their citizenship oath in the gazebo at 9 a.m. Government officials will attend and Burlington vocalist Charissa Pavlou will sing "O Canada."
