Erasing race but not racism in the Peter Khill trial

Ameil Joseph, a professor in the School of Social Work at McMaster University, was one of the "triers' selected in the jury process for the Peter Khill murder trial following the killing of Indigenous man Jon Styres. He says the problem of systemic racism was not addressed in jury selection.
