Rolling lane closures begin Monday along the Red Hill Valley Parkway in both directions, between the Greenhill Avenue and Dartnall Road off-ramps, between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. from Sunday through Thursday. The closures are necessary for the city to install new recessed pavement markers, also known as cat's eyes, to improve visibility in the dark.
