Markham man found guilty of Burlington woman's murder eligible for parole in about 11 years

BURLINGTON- A 46-year-old Markham man who partially decapitated his Burlington girlfriend during an Oct. 27, 2014 incident has been sentenced to life in prison, but will be eligible for parole in about 11 years.
