Baltimore Ravens rookie tight end Hayden Hurst will undergo a procedure after suffering a stress fracture in his foot, sources told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

Hurst will have a screw inserted into his foot and will likely miss three-to-four weeks.

The tight end's timetable leaves him doubtful for the Ravens' season opener against the Buffalo Bills, which is just over two weeks away.

Baltimore selected Hurst in the first round (No. 25 overall) this past April after his successful career at South Carolina.

Nick Boyle, Maxx Williams, and fellow rookie Mark Andrews - who the Ravens selected in the third round this year - will help fill the void in Hurst's absence.
