Report: Browns offered Dez Bryant less than $5M
by Esten McLaren from on (#3XF5Z)
If the Cleveland Browns remain interested in signing free-agent wide receiver Dez Bryant, it appears they'll need to increase their offer.
The Browns' offer to Bryant came with a base value of less than $5 million, a league source told Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.
Bryant reportedly rejected a multi-year contract from the Baltimore Ravens in late April, though the terms of that deal are unknown.

The 29-year-old's five-year, $70-million extension he signed with the Dallas Cowboys in 2015 was terminated earlier this offseason.
