Today from noon till 2 p.m., Hamilton marks International Overdose Awareness Day at Gage Park. The annual gathering, organized by Public Health's Mental Health and Harm Reduction program, offers family and friends an opportunity to acknowledge their grief and pay tribute to those whose lives have been affected by overdose.
