Hurricane Florence floods prompt new evacuations — and rising citizen anger

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaste said, "the water is still there and the worst is still to come," on Friday, while residents hit hard by hurricane Florence wondered why infrastructure was not reinforced after the last big hurricane two years ago.
