A column in Thursday's Spectator incorrectly said Burlington Ward 5 council candidate Wendy Moraghan expressed concern about high costs at LaSalle Park Marina and the pier. In fact, she was not referring to those things, but to "wasting" taxpayer money on public meetings that are ineffective and have very low attendance.
