Hamilton drops, GTA slight rise in home sales compared to last year

New real estate numbers for the Golden Horseshoe show a slight drop in Hamilton sales from this point last year - down from 588 units to 571 - and a slight drop in dollar value but a rise in average and median price - up from $489,000 to $501,000 (average) and up from $430,000 to $475,000 (median).
