ONTARIO COLD CASE: Investigation of teen's killing meets with wall of silence

Dozens of people were present when 17-year-old Chrispos Tshilombo was shot outside a church in the summer of 2010. Police arriving on scene thought they would have numerous sources who might assist, but they met a wall of silence. To this day, investigators still need witnesses to come forward before they can charge those they believe were involved in killing a young man who is remembered as bright, ambitious and optimistic.
