Report: Patriots' Michel to be game-time decision

New England Patriots running back Sony Michel will be a game-time decision for Week 6's Sunday nighter against the Kansas City Chiefs, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

Michel is expected to play, though he was limited in practice all week with a knee ailment.

The rookie has emerged as the Patriots' lead back in recent weeks. He took 25 carries for 112 yards and a touchdown in Week 4 and followed it up with 18 rushes for 98 yards and a score in last week's contest against the Indianapolis Colts.

The Patriots primarily use fellow halfback James White as a receiver. He'd likely have to take on more responsibility in New England's ground game if Michel is unable to go.
