South Carolina's lottery website is reporting a jackpot winner in the record-setting $1.6 billion draw Tuesday night. But there's been no official announcement yet. Holli Armstrong, a spokeswoman for the South Carolina Education Lottery told The Washington Post that she could not confirm or deny a winner in the state but that Mega Millions would soon have a release.
