Head coach Hue Jackson considered becoming more involved in the Cleveland Browns' offense following the team's 26-23 overtime loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 7, leaving some wondering how that will sit with offensive coordinator Todd Haley.

Haley is attributing Jackson's comments to the emotions that accompany a close loss.

"That's what it sounded like," Haley said, according to ESPN's Pat McManamon. "And we talked about it. This is an emotional game. It is not for everyone. Coaching in the NFL, especially being in that spot, it's not for everyone.

"It is a high pressure, high-stress job. We just got to keep doing what we know is right."

Haley added that it's "been the same as it's always been" and "we're all on the same page" as Cleveland prepares for its Week 8 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Browns have a 2-4-1 record, and in their last three games they rank 29th in points scored (16.3), 20th in passing yards per game (234.7), and 29th on third-down conversions (30.61%).
