The Cleveland Browns may consider coaching staff changes as head coach Hue Jackson and offensive coordinator Todd Haley have struggled to get on the same page, despite the team's attempts to improve their relationship, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

If the disconnect is not reconciled, a move will likely be made.

Rapoport said that Browns ownership will have to make a decision on Jackson's future due to his awful 3-35-1 record, but that firing Haley would also be a consideration.

Cleveland has lost three of its last four games, the most recent of which was an overtime loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

After the defeat, Jackson said he intended to get more involved in the offense, though he later clarified that he wouldn't be taking over play-calling duties.

Haley was hired as the first offensive coordinator in Jackson's three-year tenure. The Browns are scoring 21.6 points per game this season, 21st in the league, and up seven points from their league-worst mark in 2017.
