Signs proclaiming "Welcome to Ontario, Open for business" will soon adorn highways near border crossings in Niagara and throughout the province, unveiled by Premier Doug Ford as the three-day Ontario Economic Summit came to an end in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Friday.
