Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie running back Ronald Jones II suffered a hamstring strain in the Week 8 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals and is expected to miss a few weeks, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Jones rushed twice for negative-3 yards and caught his lone target for a gain of four before leaving the game.
The 38th overall pick of April's draft has 42 rushing yards and one touchdown on 19 attempts over four games this season. He's caught six of seven targets for another 34 yards.
Peyton Barber, the Buccaneers' lead rusher this season, was able to rack up 85 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries against the Bengals.
