Ministry will grant ArcelorMittal Dofasco 1-year extension to fix pollution-producing plants

Ontario plans to give ArcelorMittal Dofasco a one-year extension to get its coke-making plants up to snuff. But if the necessary upgrades aren't completed by the end of 2019 any equipment that doesn't meet environmental standards must be shut down.
