Hamilton Health Sciences is receiving two awards from Trillium Gift of Life Network - the Provincial Conversion Rate Award and the Award of Excellence. The awards recognize HHS' efforts to integrate organ and tissue donation into end-of-life care for its patients and highlight care teams' commitment to promote donations in very difficult circumstances.
