Hamilton truck driver charged after 44K litres of liquid asphalt spilled on Red Hill

Police say the 34-year-old was behind the wheel of the tractor trailer that struck a CP rail bridge and spilled thousands of litres of black sludge on Red Hill on Nov. 22.
