Report: Jaguars' Fournette loses appeal, will miss Week 13 vs. Colts
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette lost the appeal of his one-game suspension and will miss Week 13 against the Indianapolis Colts, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Fournette was ejected from last week's contest against the Buffalo Bills for fighting with defensive end Shaq Lawson. The NFL ruled that Fournette violated the unsportsmanlike conduct and unnecessary roughness rules. Lawson was also ejected from the game, but no additional discipline has been announced for him.
The sophomore back had rushed 18 times for 95 yards and two touchdowns prior to his departure. He has played just five games this season while missing time due to a hamstring injury.
