Empire Communities launches holiday-themed contest

The contest, that includes the Avalon community in Caledonia, Lush and Victoria in Stoney Creek, Summerlea in Binbrook and Wyndfield in Brantford, is challenging homeowners to beautify their neighbourhoods to get everyone into the holiday spirit.
