Officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. program at the corner of Kenilworth Avenue North and McAnulty Boulevard around 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 17 when a black Chevrolet Aveo pulled a U-turn police believe was an attempt to avoid the ride check.
